This policy explains what personal information Sky Glow (“Sky Glow”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.

In short: we only collect what you type into our booking and contact forms, we use it to answer you and run your appointment, we do not sell it, and we do not take payments or collect card or bank details on this website.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the services you choose, whether you want the service in the salon or at home, your home address (for Home Service only), your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.

When you use the Contact form we collect: your name, email address, subject and message.

Technical data: like most websites, our server may record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the website working. We use a small security cookie to protect our forms (see “Cookies” below).

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details or passwords from visitors.

3. How we use it

to reply to your message and to confirm, change or cancel your appointment;
to prepare and carry out your service, including visiting your address for Home Service;
to keep records of bookings and enquiries, and to run and improve our business;
to protect the website and our team from spam, fraud and misuse; and
to meet legal obligations.

We do not use your details for marketing messages unless you ask us to.

4. Who can see it

Only authorised Sky Glow team members who manage bookings and messages can see it. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the website (such as our hosting and email providers), and with authorities where the law requires it. Your details are used for your appointment only; for Home Service our team uses your address to visit you.

5. Cookies

This website uses only an essential, temporary “session” cookie that protects the booking and contact forms against abuse and lets us show you a confirmation message. It is not used to track you or for advertising. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies; if we add them in future, we will update this policy.

6. Third-party content

To show fonts and maps, this website loads content from Google (Google Fonts and Google Maps on the Contact page). When these load, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. The WhatsApp button and links to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking and message records for as long as needed to provide our services, keep proper business records and meet legal requirements. Records that we delete are first held in a secure internal trash and then removed permanently. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

8. How we protect it

Our forms are protected against automated abuse, the administration area requires a private login, and access is limited to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, contact us using the details above and we will respond as required by the data-protection law that applies in Qatar.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults. If a booking is made for a child, it should be made by a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
