These terms explain how you may use the Sky Glow website (“we”, “us”, “Sky Glow”) and what to expect when you send us a booking request. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

In short: this website lets you browse our services and prices, send a booking request and contact us. No payment is taken on this website — a booking request is not a confirmed appointment until our team confirms it with you.

1. Services and prices

The services, descriptions and prices shown on this website are for information. Prices are in Qatari Riyals (QR). Some prices depend on hair length, treatment type or whether the service is in the salon or at your home, as shown in the price tables. We may change services and prices at any time; the price confirmed to you when we confirm your booking applies.

2. Booking requests

The booking form sends us a request. Your appointment is only confirmed when a member of our team confirms the date and time with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Please give accurate contact details so that we can reach you. We may contact you to suggest another time if the one you asked for is not available.
We may decline or reschedule a request, for example if a service is unavailable at the requested time.

3. Home Service

If you choose Home Service, you must give a complete and correct address and be available to receive our team at the agreed time. Home Service is offered in the areas we confirm to you, and we may refuse or cancel a visit if the address cannot be reached or conditions are unsuitable for the treatment.

4. Payments and deposits

We do not take payments, deposits, card details or bank details through this website. Where a deposit is part of our booking policy, we will arrange it with you directly when we confirm your appointment, using the payment methods we tell you about. Payment for services is made to Sky Glow at the salon or to our team at your home appointment, as we confirm to you.

5. Cancellations, arrival and booking policy

Our booking policy is shown on our pages and applies to your appointment. In summary: please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; please arrive 5–10 minutes early; and late arrivals may result in a shortened service. Any deposit is handled in line with that policy. To cancel or change an appointment, contact us on +974 3315 1414 or WhatsApp 3315 1414.

6. Health and safety

Please tell us before your treatment about allergies, skin or nail conditions, pregnancy, medication or anything else that may affect it. We may adjust, postpone or decline a treatment if we believe it would not be safe for you.

7. The Boutique

The Boutique page shows products for information. Products are not sold through this website and there is no online shopping cart or checkout. Please contact us or visit the salon to ask about availability and to buy. Product photos and prices are indicative and may change.

8. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website: for example, by sending false, abusive or automated (spam) requests, trying to access areas that are not public, or interfering with how the website works. We may block access if we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, logo, designs and price lists on this website belong to Sky Glow or its licensors. You may view them for your own personal use, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Links and third-party services

This website uses or links to services run by others, such as Google Maps and Google Fonts, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Our responsibility

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by using the website or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under the law of Qatar.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
